hybridlog MCP

A self-hosted Model Context Protocol server that mirrors Garmin Connect data into a local PostgreSQL database. It computes metrics like training load, muscle freshness, and readiness, then exposes these via thirteen tools and one prompt over stdio or HTTP for AI clients like Claude and ChatGPT.
