Hotato MCP

Open-source, self-hosted voice agent regression testing and call health analysis. It provides local call forensics, measuring turn-taking timing (barge-in, talk-over, dead air, latency) and say-do outcome assertions against traces. It supports pinning incidents as portable failure contracts and gating CI builds on reproducible evidence.
