Heroku Remote MCP Server MCP server

Centrally managed MCP server that connects AI agents to the Heroku platform so they can work on apps in the user's Heroku account. It uses OAuth 2.0 with web-based flow via id.heroku.com, and clients must support Streamable HTTP rather than legacy SSE.
