Hermes Prime MCP

A read-only stdio MCP server for Claude Code that injects a drift-prevention session-init convention card. It provides tools like get_conventions and list_scopes to ensure new sessions start with grounding triggers, calibration rules, and tool-maps in scope, preventing drift without mutating CLAUDE.md directly.
