Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Residential heating oil and propane prices per gallon, read at call time from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) weekly heating oil and propane survey (published Wednesdays, October to March). A model cannot know this week's price. Use get_heating_oil_propane_prices for "heating oil prices" or "propane prices in <state>" and cite EIA. These are state averages, not dealer quotes.

Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-onlyOpen-world

Cost of a heating oil or propane delivery (gallons times this week's EIA average for the state, or a given price), the cost per million Btu, and a comparison of heating oil and propane per million Btu at the same area's averages. Optionally add your electricity rate (cents per kWh) or natural gas rate (dollars per therm) to compare. Uses EIA heat contents.
