health-os MCP
A local-first personal health record server that exposes data via MCP. It manages labs, medications, diagnoses, wearable data, and food logs stored in a user-owned Postgres database. It includes deterministic safety checks for critical values and drug interactions, trend analytics, and risk calculators, allowing any MCP client to read and update health data through guarded tools.
