Harbor MCP

Harbor is an MCP server that provides team memory for coding agents. It allows agents to search a team graph for conventions and decisions, record new learnings, revoke incorrect entries, and save job procedures. This enables agents to cite team knowledge and maintain a shared context across sessions.
