Handoff MCP

Handoff MCP provides persistent, cross-project memory for AI agents using the Model Context Protocol. It tracks goals, decisions, and dead-ends, producing prioritized briefs that allow sessions to resume without starting from zero. It uses temporal supersession to ensure briefs reflect the current state and stores data in a private git repository for multi-device sync.
