HAI-MCP

HAI-MCP is an open-source, model-agnostic MCP control-plane implementation of the Human Agent Interface (HAI). It governs how agentic work is authorized, scoped, recorded, and handed back to humans. It exposes tools for mission contracts, session leasing, activity classification, owner gates, evidence closure, and recovery, ensuring agents remain bounded and observable without executing work itself.
