GWAS Catalog MCP

The GWAS Catalog MCP server provides tools to query the EBI/NHGRI GWAS Catalog. It allows agents to look up single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by rsID to retrieve functional class and gene mappings, fetch trait and disease associations including risk alleles and effect sizes, and find genome-wide association studies for specific diseases or traits.
