Groundtruth MCP

An official MCP server for Groundtruth, a company wiki and knowledge base built for AI. It allows agents to query pages, decisions, and records with cited sources, write back decisions and updates, and manage structured facts. The server supports tools like ask, search, get_page, and log_decision, enabling agents to act as teammates with proper attribution and freshness checks.
