Login Vault MCP

Login Vault is an MCP server that allows AI agents to authenticate to websites without ever handling passwords directly. It stores encrypted logins with specific scopes and provides agents with opaque session IDs, ensuring secrets remain on the server side while enabling automated interactions with protected sites.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in: your client connects and lists tools immediately, with no account or key.

Claude Code

Run this once in a terminal. It registers a Streamable HTTP server. Use --scope project to write .mcp.json for the repo.
Claude Code configuration
claude mcp add --transport http login-vault-mcp https://vault.cloudforbots.com/mcp

Codex

Run this once. Codex stores MCP servers in ~/.codex/config.toml (or .codex/config.toml in a trusted project).
Codex configuration
codex mcp add login-vault-mcp --url https://vault.cloudforbots.com/mcp

Cursor
