graph-query-mcp
A FastMCP server that loads a NetworkX node-link JSON graph at startup to answer targeted questions against an Obsidian vault knowledge graph without loading the full graph into context. It supports fuzzy matching, neighbor traversal, path finding, and community detection across up to two scopes.
