graph-autotagger MCP
This FastMCP server integrates with Obsidian by reading a pre-computed knowledge graph (typically generated by graphify) to suggest relevant wikilinks for notes. It supports tools to suggest links based on token overlap, identify highly-connected 'god nodes', and match notes to graph communities. It also logs user decisions to refine future suggestions.
