Grafana Cloud MCP server

Grafana Cloud's hosted MCP server lets external AI agents query metrics, logs, and other observability data from a Grafana Cloud stack without any local installation. It exposes tools for dashboards, data sources, Prometheus, Loki, alerting, incidents, and OnCall.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
