GOV Historical Gazetteer MCP

An MCP server for GOV, the historical gazetteer of the Verein für Computergenealogie (CompGen), providing access to about 1.2 million places in Germany and Central Europe. It allows agents to query place names, Kreis, parish, and Standesamt data for any specific year, supporting genealogy software by building accurate place trees based on historical administrative boundaries.
