An MCP server that automates the migration of npm publishing in GitHub Actions from long-lived NPM_TOKENs to trusted publishing via OIDC. It modifies workflow files and package.json to remove secrets, add necessary permissions, and ensure compatibility with npm's retirement of token-based publishing.
