The Gnomad MCP server provides access to the Broad Institute's Genome Aggregation Database via GraphQL. It enables AI agents to query variant data by chromosome position or rsid, retrieve gene information and associated variants, fetch variants within specific genomic regions, get transcript-level allele counts, and perform autocomplete searches across genes and variants.
