GitPin MCP

GitPin is a local Model Context Protocol server that enforces evidence-based pull requests. It requires AI agents to commit a manifest linking every material claim to an exact committed line with a SHA-256 hash. A required check compares this manifest against the real diff, failing the build if any changed file lacks a claim or if a claim cannot be verified, ensuring reviewers can re-check evidence using plain git.
