GitLab MCP server

GitLab's MCP server lets AI tools connect to a GitLab instance to access GitLab data and act under the user's own permissions. It is in beta and available on GitLab.com, Self-Managed, and Dedicated.

Run this once in a terminal. It registers a Streamable HTTP server. Use --scope project to write .mcp.json for the repo.
