A self-hosted, Python-based GitHub MCP server that provides a scoped tool surface for PR management, file operations, and Dependabot alerts. It uses Personal Access Token authentication via macOS Keychain or environment variables, avoiding claude.ai OAuth dependencies and supporting multiple MCP clients like Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Cursor.
