Koskamo

Genomics MCP

A local Model Context Protocol server that allows AI agents to retrieve real genomic data and reference evidence from public archives like EGA, ENA, ENCODE, GEO, and NCBI, as well as local indexed files. It supports region queries with explicit assembly coordinates, variant lookups, and gene searches, reporting provenance and source status for all results. It is designed for computational biologists and researchers to pull data without writing integration code.
