Garmin Connect Personal API MCP

A community-built, read-only MCP server that allows AI assistants to query Garmin Connect data via the official Personal API. It supports retrieving sleep summaries, HRV trends, daily steps, stress levels, Body Battery, heart rate zones, activities, weight, and nutrition logs. The server exchanges an API key for a bearer token and caches it locally, ensuring data flows from Garmin to the AI client.
