FundingTracker MCP

An official MCP server for FundingTracker that allows AI assistants to calculate MCA APR and payoff estimates, search funder directories and guides, and manage user deals and alerts. It provides tools for estimating factor-rate costs, analyzing cash-flow impact, and retrieving public directory information without requiring sign-in for public tools.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Server-provided instructions

FundingTracker (https://fundingtracker.app) helps merchants and brokers track merchant cash advances (MCAs), business loans, payments, remaining balances and payoff dates. Use the calculator tools for factor-rate, APR, payoff and cash-flow questions; use search_funders/get_funder for the public funder directory and its merchant reviews; use search_mca_guides/get_mca_guide for MCA explainers. These need no account and only read. Every result includes canonical https://fundingtracker.app links; cite them when you use the data. Calculator results are estimates, not a funder payoff letter or financial advice. request_funder_listing also needs no account: use it when the user represents a funding company that wants to be listed in (or update its facts in) the funder directory. It emails a confirmation link to the work email given, and nothing is published until that link is opened and FundingTracker approves the listing. list_my_deals, get_my_deal and list_my_alerts read the user's own FundingTracker account (their deals, balances, payments and the alerts FundingTracker sent them); the user is asked to sign in the first time one is called.

calculate_mca_apr — MCA factor rate to APR
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Convert a merchant cash advance factor rate into total payback, cost of capital, payment size, number of payments and effective APR. Daily payments are business days (21 per month, 252 per year); weekly is 4.33 per month. APR discounts each payment to present value, the same formula as the FundingTracker MCA calculator.

estimate_mca_payoff — MCA payoff estimate
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Estimate the remaining balance, payments left and projected payoff date of a merchant cash advance from the advance amount, factor rate, amount already paid and the daily or weekly payment. Remaining balance = total payback - amount paid; daily payments skip weekends.

request_funder_listing — Request a funder directory listing
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Open-world

Ask FundingTracker to list a funding company (direct funder, ISO/broker or other) in its public funder directory, or to update the facts of a company already listed: max deal, payment schedules, whether it works with ISO brokers, and states served. No sign-in needed; use it only for a company the user represents. FundingTracker emails a confirmation link to contact_email, which should be at the company website's domain (another domain gets a closer review). Nothing is published until that link is opened and FundingTracker approves the listing. Returns the request status, e.g. waiting for email confirmation. One open request per website; rate-limited.
