A Python package and MCP server that programmatically downloads full-text research articles from DOIs, arXiv, PMC, or OpenReview IDs. It chains multiple retrieval methods including publisher APIs and open-access aggregators with automatic fallback logic and verification to ensure the correct paper is retrieved.
