A least-privilege auditor for GitHub Actions workflows that checks permissions, dangerous triggers, and fork-reachable secrets. It reads YAML with a real parser, never executes code, and emits hardened permissions blocks per job inferred from actual step needs. Callable by agents through MCP for integration into contribution and release workflows.
