No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Execute a finance tool by id with params. Each successful run costs credits from the account balance (see costCredits in finance_inspect); failed runs are not charged. Failed vendor calls return an error.
