fal MCP server

Exposes fal's generative media platform: searching the model catalog, checking schemas and pricing, running models, submitting and polling queue jobs, and uploading input files. The transport is Streamable HTTP with OAuth browser sign-in; generations spend credits from the user's active MCP account.
