It enables AI agents to interact natively with the Approved Platform ecosystem as a Compatible Solution, providing tools to validate, generate, and explore API specifications for PDP/OD interoperability. The server is vendor-neutral, building, validating, and signing locally while allowing the required PDP to be interchangeable under XP Z12-013.
