FAA Airmen Registry MCP

This MCP server allows agents to search FAA airmen certificates, ratings, and informational medical records. It resolves names to identity candidates, reads pilot and non-pilot certificates with ordered ratings, finds flight and ground instructors, and checks medical status. It runs as a stdio process or Streamable HTTP server using a local snapshot of the Releasable Airmen Database.
