Evidence Diff MCP

A local MCP server that explains coarse changes in a Git project's test and build evidence without exposing source diffs. It inspects local Git state to determine if a worktree changed, if uncommitted evidence exists, or if test-like artifacts appear without build-like artifacts. It returns only counts, coarse categories, branch state, and commit dates, ensuring safety by never returning source diffs, file paths, or executing arbitrary commands.
