Koskamo

Ephys MCP

A community-driven Model Context Protocol server designed for the read-only analysis of intracortical brain-computer interface recordings. It supports processing data from local NWB files, WAV recordings, and the DANDI Archive. The server provides tools for spike detection, quality metrics, firing rate analysis, and decoding cursor velocity using Kalman or ridge regressors. It also generates visualizations such as PSTHs and decoding plots. This is research and education software, explicitly not a medical device.
