Ephemora Cell is an ephemeral, stateless, capability-bound execution boundary for untrusted AI and agent-generated code. It runs WASM modules under strict limits on fuel, memory, time, I/O, and capabilities, producing signed evidence of execution while ensuring no state persists between runs. It is designed to safely execute MCP tools and plugins.
