Enzyme MCP
Enzyme compiles markdown workspaces into source-grounded retrieval for coding agents. It allows agents to access notes, project logs, and decisions without a hosted memory database, keeping the user's markdown as the source of truth. It supports local CLI installation and integrates with MCP-compatible clients.
