eme-mcp
An MCP server for amateur radio operators to predict Earth-Moon-Earth (moonbounce) conditions. It calculates moon windows, path loss, and signal degradation locally without requiring network access at runtime. It supports tools for determining mutual visibility between grid squares, calculating path loss on various frequencies (2m, 70cm, 23cm), and identifying the least degraded days ahead.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Determine moon azimuth, elevation, and range from a specific grid square
- Calculate one-way and round-trip path loss on 2m, 70cm, and 23cm bands
- Identify mutual moon visibility windows between two station locations
- Find the least degraded days ahead for EME scheduling
Source and maintenance
- Maintenance checked
