EffectFence MCP
EffectFence is a causal concurrency fence for multi-agent tool calls that guarantees exactly one execution of side-effecting operations. It prevents double-charges and duplicate side effects by using atomic compare-exchange reservations for same-instant races and replaying recorded outcomes for late duplicates. It ships as a Rust library and MCP server, ensuring agent safety and idempotency in multi-agent systems.
