An open-source MCP server and Python library that allows agents to read and analyze SEC EDGAR filings. It provides a clean API to access 10-K, 8-K, XBRL financials, Form 3/4/5, 13F, and ADV filings, converting raw data into typed Python objects without requiring an API key.
