It uses a triple matcher search combining semantic embeddings, BM25 keyword matching, and path/symbol resolution to find relevant code context. The server tracks knowledge drift via SHA-256 hashes and manages confidence decay for entries, allowing agents to access structured domain insights during development sessions.
