An MCP-native server that wraps scheduled AI agent actions with governance gates. It evaluates loop descriptions before execution, blocks destructive or sensitive operations based on policy thresholds, signs every execution with an Ed25519 receipt, and provides a full audit history per loop. It supports tools for registering, executing, listing, pausing, resuming loops, and retrieving audit trails.
