DecRec MCP MCP server

DecRec provides a decision memory system for AI agents, allowing them to record, revisit, and resolve consequential choices. The MCP server enables agents to load, create, update, and archive decisions, as well as search and manage exploration councils, facilitating persistent decision tracking across sessions.
