A community MCP server providing stateless, source-backed policy checks for US subscription refunds, cancellations, returns, and trial terms. It exposes four read-only tools that return deterministic verdicts (e.g., ALLOWED, DENIED, UNKNOWN) based on declarative rules and trusted adapter facts, enabling agents to verify eligibility before acting.
