Deadlatch MCP

Deadlatch is a local-first, advisory-only pre-trade risk gate for AI trading agents. It evaluates whether an order is allowed based on local policy and portfolio constraints, returning PASS, WARN, or BLOCK verdicts with reasons and evidence. It does not place orders, predict markets, or act as a broker, serving as a final local check before execution.
