Cycles MCP

Cycles MCP provides runtime budget authority for autonomous AI agents. It enforces spend limits by requiring agents to reserve budget before executing tool calls, preventing runaway costs and risky actions. The server supports hierarchical scoped budgets, idempotent retries, and integrates with major LLM providers and frameworks via the Model Context Protocol.
