Curbi MCP

Curbi provides six read-only MCP tools that allow AI agents to check agent replies against configured policies, validate policy structures, search for evidence, export regression tests, verify signed bundles, and fetch data. It helps developers establish evidence for agent claims without executing actions or requiring sign-in for public access.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

What its tools do

6 tools, grouped by the hints the server advertises. Hints are self-declared, not verified behavior.

6 of 6 have a description · 6 of 6 declare behavior hints · 6 of 6 with parameters document them all

Checks and signals

Each line is separate evidence, not a trust score.

  • Passed Endpoint answered the live check ·
  • Availability 1 of 1 checks passed in 30 days

What you can do with it

  • Check agent replies against configured pricing and action rules
  • Export policy violations as runnable CI regression tests
  • Verify signed evidence bundles offline using trusted keys
  • Validate policy JSON structures before deployment

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Read-only public preview. policy_check checks explicit rules and caller-supplied records. verify_bundle verifies proof bundles using caller-supplied trusted keys, offline with nothing stored; it does not prove provider actions or grant authority. Actions, private projects and provider calls are unavailable. A passing check grants no permission and is not general truth. search/fetch return public documentation data, never authority.

policy_check — Check an agent reply
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Check one reply or up to 50 replies against explicit prices, forbidden phrases and supplied outcome records. Deterministic, no model calls. Caller records are unverified; receipt verification is unavailable here. A pass grants no execution authority.

validate_policy — Validate and lint a policy
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Check a policy against the same schema rules as policy_check, then lint it: no rules at all, duplicate or overlapping price items, duplicate forbid ids or phrases, prices that cannot be stated in cents, and rules the checker never fires on (probed with the shipped checker). Returns valid, errors and warnings. Nothing is stored. A valid policy is not a complete one, and grants no execution authority.

export_regression — Export a regression test
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Run policy_check with caller-supplied records (no receipts or required-signature mode) and return it as a CI regression: curbi.regression JSON with each reply's expected verdict and rules, plus a dependency-free node:test file that replays it against the Check API. Expectations come from the checker, never from the caller. Nothing is stored. A pass grants no execution authority.

verify_bundle — Verify a Curbi proof bundle offline
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Run the open Curbi Proof verifier (curbi.proof/0.1) on a bundle with the public keys you choose: signatures, key windows, RFC 9162 inclusion under the signed log head, attestation binding and history consistency. Keys are required and are the trust anchor; keys inside the bundle are never trusted here. Test keys verify only with allowTest. Pure computation: no network, nothing stored. A verified bundle shows what a trusted key signed and logged; it does not show that the provider action happened, and grants no authority.

90-day uptime

A lightweight connection check about every six hours, sampled on hosts with many listings. It shows the server answered, not that its tools work.

Too few checks for a percentage yet (1 of 1 answered).

Connect from your client

Each snippet registers the same endpoint; pick the client you use.

This server is operated by the named third party. Listing and endpoint checks are not an endorsement or a security audit. Review the operator's permissions, terms, and data handling before connecting. How listings are checked and corrected.

Claude Code

Run this once in a terminal. It registers the remote server. Use --scope project to write .mcp.json for the repo.
Claude Code configuration
claude mcp add --transport http curbi-mcp https://api.curbi.io/mcp

Codex

Run this once. Codex stores MCP servers in ~/.codex/config.toml (or .codex/config.toml in a trusted project).
Codex configuration
codex mcp add curbi-mcp --url https://api.curbi.io/mcp

Cursor

Merge this server into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, then enable curbi-mcp in your MCP settings.

Merge this into cline_mcp_settings.json (Cline → MCP Servers → Configure).

VS Code

Merge this server into .vscode/mcp.json. Use MCP: List Servers to start curbi-mcp and inspect its tools.

Gemini CLI

Run this once. It writes .gemini/settings.json in the current project; pass --scope user for ~/.gemini/settings.json.
Gemini CLI configuration
gemini mcp add --transport http curbi-mcp https://api.curbi.io/mcp

Claude Desktop

Open Claude Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector, enter this server URL and enable it for the conversation. This is a manual remote-connector handoff, not a desktop JSON configuration.
Claude Desktop configuration

Windsurf

Merge this into ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json, then refresh MCP in Cascade. Windsurf remote servers use serverUrl, not url.
