crowbar retrieves CVEs from public sources like NVD and CISA KEV, indexes them locally in a SQLite + FTS5 database, and exposes an MCP server. This allows agents to query for applicable vulnerabilities, exploit data, and risk rankings offline without API rate limits or third-party dependencies.
