CPersona MCP

CPersona is an open-source MCP server that provides persistent memory for AI agents by storing data in a local SQLite file. It features a 3-layer hybrid search mechanism combining vector, full-text, and keyword search capabilities. The server operates without an LLM in the loop for recall and includes honest reporting when recall degrades. It supports 29 tools for managing agent memories across sessions.
