cowork-history MCP
A community MCP server that enables agents to search and browse Claude conversation history using hybrid search methods including SQLite FTS5, macOS Spotlight, and optional vector embeddings via Ollama. It supports listing recent conversations, retrieving full content by session ID, and managing projects with conversation history.
