COTI Private Messaging MCP

A TypeScript SDK providing a stdio MCP server for COTI private messaging. It enables agents to send encrypted messages, access private inboxes, decrypt payloads client-side, check for biweekly rewards, and manage delegated workflows with hidden state exchange.
