A community MCP server that performs static worst-case token-budget analysis for LLM-agent workflows using pure AST analysis. It identifies certifiable, default-dependent, non-certifiable, and runaway units without executing code, and can issue Ed25519-signed budget certificates logged to a public transparency log.
