Commons Memory MCP

A self-hosted memory and coordination hub that allows multiple AI agents to share state, claim work items, and avoid collisions. It uses a local SQLite file or Postgres to store memory, handoffs, and reasoning logs, enabling parallel AI coding sessions to collaborate without overwriting each other's work.
